Between 2 and 6 weeks depending on styles and quantities. If you require your order sooner please get in contact prior to ordering to discuss your requirements, we'll always do our best to work with you.
Wedding jewellery and wedding day cards are usually despatched within 3 working days.
In the event that an item of jewellery is out of stock, we'll contact you to advise when you'll receive you order.
Local customers are very welcome to collect their order from us in Braintree, Essex, by appointment only.
Unless collected, all orders incur a delivery charge. Delivery charges are calculated at the time of ordering and you will be notified of the cost prior to payment.
Wedding invitations are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a guaranteed next day after despatch service that is insured.
Smaller orders may be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24. This is a tracked and signed-for service.
Wedding cards are sent using Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post and will take between 1 - 5 days from despatch to delivery.
Wedding jewellery will be sent using either Royal Mail 1st class post or Royal Mail Special Delivery depending on the value of your order. Delivery will usually be made between 1 and 3 days after despatch.
All delivery times are estimates and may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control. Please be aware that some services require a signature.
